Hi all, I'm Caroline. I am a senior at Appalachain State University. I'm a Political Science major, with a Criminal Justice & Communications minor. I have always loved sports & have played since I was a little girl. I continued my athletic career when I committed to play field hockey here at Appalachain.
This blog was created in hopes to bring attention & awarness to health issues caused by concussions. I explored this topic becasue of my interest in sports but also wanted to combine my major in the process. My blog is a mixture of doctor reivews, polices, and legislation surrounding the sport of football in relation to concussions. I picked football because recently football comissoner Goodall has been in the spotlight pertaining to issues around concussions and the safty of the athletes who obtain them.
